This year, more than 50 Chicago hotels are holding rooms specifically for 2011 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show and International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event (IWSB) participants. Some have already sold out due to discounted rates, prime locations, and exclusive amenities – but rest assured, there are still several rooms left for the taking.
