Chef Wylie Dufresne will heat things up in the World Culinary Showcase at NRA Show 2011

Leading American molecular gastronomy proponent Wylie Dufresne, chef and owner of New York City’s wd~50, and McDonald’s Director of Culinary Innovation and arguably “the most powerful chef in the world” Dan Coudreaut will discuss the similarities and differences between chains and independent restaurants in terms of the role that innovation plays in menu development.
Moderator Aaron Noveshen, founder of The Culinary Edge will lead this engaging, special session held at the 2011 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show’s World Culinary Showcase theater on Monday, May 23 at 1:00 p.m.
