Can world hunger and obesity be solved by tricking taste buds? Serious foodies will have an opportunity to find out for themselves at a once-in-a-lifetime dining event hosted by Moto/iNG chef/owner Homaro Cantu. The custom menu featuring Miracle Berry "flavor tripping" and molecular gastronomy is designed exclusively for 2012 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show and International Wine, Spirits & Beef Event attendees.
Moto restaurant is known for its playful, science-centric approach to food. The "future of food" chefs behind this unique dining experience, including Homaro Cantu, Top Chef: Texas contestants Chris Jones and Richie Farina, as well as moto Executive Pastry Chef Ben Roche, apply creativity to make the inedible, edible and the ordinary, extraordinary. Cantu was recently featured on ABC World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer where she described the "flavor tripping" experience as "something that will change the world of gastronomy forever."
