Among the many tea companies exhibiting at the NRA Show, Fully Loaded Tea is a Canada-based company that uses natural berries in its teas for the antioxidants, which provide health benefits. The company’s Tomato Rebel Black Tea contains basil leaves and tomato, and the Bulletproof Currant Fruit Tea uses a combination of berries that pack a powerful antioxidant punch.
To tap into the all-natural consumer, Dry Soda Co. came up with a wine alternative that comes in four unusual flavors including kumquat and lemongrass. The company’s Abby Calvo says that consumers want to be able to understand exactly what ingredients are in products, and with only four ingredients, that’s easy to do with Dry.
Conscious consumers also want to know they’re not hurting the world around them with their purchases. Zhena’s Gypsy Tea company started as a tea cart seven years ago and now the company is helping the communities that grow its tea through fair trade.
