The National Restaurant Association’s annual 2010 Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show 2010 Kitchen Innovation Award recipient The Scrub N Go™ Cordless Floor Scrubber Vac System by Ecolab continues our KI blog series this week.
No matter how hard we try, it’s almost always impossible not to leave some soil deposits behind. Swishing and swirling a dirty mop in dirty water isn’t clean. Add to that the chore of getting someone excited about doing aerobics with a heavy, wet mop for an hour (forget it, not this blogger!).
“Receiving the Kitchen Innovation Award is a great honor. We developed the Scrub N Go to eliminate the mop and bucket and to revolutionize how floors are cleaned. To be recognized by the industry and to have the Scrub N Go featured at the convention [NRA Show] will help us significantly grow our business,” said Michael Rubiera, director of marketing, Ecolab QSR.
This machine makes quick work of powering away dirt and grease on hard-surfaces – even down into the hard to reach nooks and crannies on textured tile and grout. And it’s a snap to set up and start cleaning. We’re told there’s no more messy mop bucket to fill. No more wrestling with an angry wringer out to maim you. And no more pushing and pulling a heavy, smelly mop around. Just fill the Scrub N Go with floor cleaner, turn it on and start wheeling it around the area you need to clean.
Appropriately sized for its environment, the cordless, compact design works great for both front and back of the house. An adjustable handle makes it easy to maneuver into tight spots and is designed to be used by workers of any size or age.
The Scrub N Go also tackles another slippery problem. After mopping a floor it can remain wet for 15 minutes or longer. As the Scrub N Go cleans it squeegees and vacuums up the soiled solution on the same pass, drastically shortening drying time and reducing the risk of slips and falls. Its performance has earned it a certification from the National Floor Safety Institute.**
Be sure to check out this innovation and the other KI Award recipients in the interactive Kitchen Innovations Pavilion at NRA Show 2010, May 22-25 in Chicago.

In 21st century we are always busy with my work. So this machine is really helpful_______

"Making Quick Work of Cleaning"
I could take a crap faster.Isint it quicker to just use a mop?
If you want to make the store more dirty, then buy one these. It takes forever to setup/use,and leaves shit trails everywhere.
By the way folks,it packs away for easy storage under your bed if you want a really uncomphy nights sleep.
