International flavor, flair at the NRA Show

In this episode of The Food Channel's "Big Bite Chicago: Inside the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show," explore all of the international flavors that are brought to the Show. Every year, the National Restaurant Association hosts a big Show inside McCormick Place in Chicago (this year's NRA Show will be held at its new dates May 5-8 at Chicago's McCormick Place).

It's where food vendors, manufacturers, marketers and, really, anyone who's in the business of food comes to find out the latest, greatest, and biggest new products and ideas. The Food Channel has produced this documentary series in order to give you a little of the behind-the-scenes flavor of the show. We'll tell you the history as well as the trends that we saw emerging on the show floor, and perhaps whet your appetite for more trade information from those in the know.
