McDonald's has started offering its most popular breakfast menu items starting at midnight at its 24-hour stores, including hotcakes and the Egg McMuffin. The fast food chain is also launching a "Nocturnivore" advertising campaign aimed at a younger demographic it hopes to attract through advertising in video games in addition to traditional channels.
